Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in a related field (point A), Psycholog or Social Science (point B), Senior High School (point C)
- Male/Female with maximum 32 years of age (point A), Female with maximum 30 years of age (point B), and Male maximum 33 years age
- Have at least 4 years of related experiences, preferably in banking or leasing company (point A)
- Have at least 1 years of related experiences as Trainer/Class Facilitator or 2 years as HR Officer (point B)
- Familiar with Ms Office Program (point A & B)
- Has publick speaking skill, and good command of English, both oral & written (point B)
- Willing to travel throughout our branches (point A)
- Has own motor cycle and SIM C (point C)
- Good analytical skill, good personal communication skill, initiative, have a strong leadership, managerial skills and able to work effectively, both independently and in a team (point A, B)
