Qualification:
* Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
* Bachelor degree from mining engineering faculty
* Posses POU certificate
* Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
* Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
* Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
* Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
* Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
2. GEOLOGIST
Qualification:
* Minimum 2-3 years experience, preferable in mineral exploration
* Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
* Able to operate mining software: Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCad, GPS Map per
* Able to make progress report on designated project
* Able to identify geological structure, out crop, and bedrock
* Good knowledge about Safety / K3 procedure
3. Mine Plan Engineer / Mine Engineer (Supervisor-Superintendent)
Qualification:
* Bachelor degree from mining engineer / geology faculty
* Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining company
* Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities
* Able to calculate of heavy equipment hour production, summarize and analyze daily report, appliance hour, man power activities and dismissal of over burden and rotate mine
* Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
* Taking care of quality of mine product
* Good understanding about HSE / K3
* Capable of operating mining software such as Minex, MineScape, AutoCad, Carlson Mining)
4. MINING PRODUCTION (Supervisor-Superintendent)
Qualification:
* Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / geology.
* Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining company.
* Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (heavy equipment, man power, etc).
* Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process.
* Good understanding about HSE / K3 procedures.
* Possessed POP certificate will be an advantage.
5. MARINE SAFETY OFFICER
Qualification:
* Minimum 3 (three) years experience as safety officer in shipping company or shipyard
* Degree from faculty of marine merchant academy, public health, or transportation engineering
* Posses AK3 certificate and knowledge SMK3 system
* Good knowledge about QMS on ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
* Monitoring safety movement of all fleet (from stock yard to tug/barges, Mother Vessel, Floating Cranes) and also monitoring of dry dock
* Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
* Accountable for reporting all type accident (Fatality, LTI, Medical Aid, First Aid, Property Damage, Near Miss and Fire)
6. CONSTRUCTION ROAD ENGINEER (for site)
Qualification:
* Minimum 3 (three) years experience, preferably from construction or mining industry
* D3/S1 degree from faculty of Civil Engineering
* Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet. Able to use construction software such as: AutoCAD, CorelDraw, Ms. Project, Visio, Adobe PhotoShop
* Capable of planning in budgeting, cost material, manpower and other supporting stuffs in order to build houses, roads, bridges, port and waste treatment
* Well understanding about K3 / HSE
7. Grade/Quality Control Mining (Supervisor-Superintendent)
Qualification:
* Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
* Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
* Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality
* Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production
* Responsible for the stockpiles
* Good understanding about HSE / K3
8. PORT CAPTAIN
Qualification:
* Minimum 3 (three) years experience in shipping company or shipyards
* Degree from Marine Academy
* Posses minimum ANT 3 / Deck Officer Class 3
* Good knowledge of HSE, ISM, STCW requirement and international rules and regulations
* Experienced in loading activity / transshipment from mill site to tug boat / barge up to end on mother vessel
* To possess a thorough knowledge of shipboard and shore-side operational functions for product and bulk carriers
9. COOK (for site)
Qualification:
* Minimum 3 (three) years experience, preferably from mining, hotel & tourism, hospitality, restaurant, catering service, food & beverage company
* Graduate from SMK/D3 from hotel & tourism / food & beverage
* Good knowledge of traditional and international foods
* Able to make budgeting and various kind of healthy menu for mining workers
10. ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR
Qualification:
* Minimum 3 (three) years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry
* Bachelor degree from faculty of forestry / agriculture / environmental engineer
* Good knowledge about nursery, waste management and mining reclamation
* Good knowledge about HSE / K3 in mining company
GENERAL REQUIREMENT :
* Male, max 45 years old
* Willing to be place in Maluku Island, Halmahera with rotation schedule
