2. QAO Assistant
a. Female/Male, age 25-40 years old (1,2)
b. Diploma/University from law graduate, psychology, management (1)
c. Minimum 3 years experience in the same or cross field under (1)
d. Diploma from industrial engineering, chemical, livestock/breeding, nutrition (2)
e. Able to operate computer and familiar with Microsoft Office (1,2)
f. Fluent in English, both in writing and Speaking (1)
g. Understanding the concept of human resources management system recruitment, payroll, trainings, taxes (Pph 21), Jamsostek Insurance and legal/permit system (1)
h. Understanding the concept and implementation system of ISO 22000:2005 Standard of Health and Safety (SMK3) (1)
i. Able to work together as a team and work underpressure (1,2)
j. Able to adapt hardworking and highly motivated, honest and have good working inisiative (1,2)
