Responsibilities:
* Primary responsibilities include performing financial, operational and system.
* Planning and coordinating ongoing development on financial and accounting system and procedures and control its implementation
* Requires excellent skills as well as strong knowledge of GAAP and BAPEPAM rules.
* Develop a thorough understanding and knowledge base of company’s operations
* Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Requirements:
* Male / Female
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Accountancy with minimum GPA 3.00
* Having experience in Big Four Public Accounting Firm.
* Hold Indonesian CPA will be advantage
* Detail oriented good in analytical skill and strong leadership.
* Be in a team player, but able to work independently, self-starter, able to work well in under pressure working environment.
* Proven high computer skills. Good command on computer skills (Ms Office) and SAP will be advantage.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Accounting - Audit or equivalent.
* Mastering in Financial and Accounting Report process (IFRS, IAS, PSAK, GAAP, etc).
* Willing to work under pressure in all situation and condition.
* Strong personality, enthusiastic and result oriented with high integrity
* Well organized, self-motivated and able to cooperate effectively with other team members and leader.
* Proficiency in English
