- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or Customer Service Management
- Having experience in the same field with a minimum of 3 years experience in a 4 stars Hotel or service industry
- Possess strong leadership (Department Head Position), good managerial, supervisory, analytical skills and able to work as a team
- Having strong knowledge as an event organizer
- Pleasant & Outgoing personality, service oriented
- Good command in English & Indonesian both written & spoken
- Proficiency with computer application (MS Office)
